HIGH IMPACT – ONGOING

Mentor

Build a one-on-one relationship with a Black or Latino male student in middle or high school. Monthly sessions at a host site. Your lived experience is your credential — you just need to show up consistently.

FLEXIBLE – EVENT – BASED

Volunteer

Support BLMA events, workshops, and school programs on your schedule. No long-term commitment required — show up when you can and make a real difference in the moment.

BLMA is committed to the safety of every student we serve. All individuals who have direct contact with youth or access to their personal information are required to complete a background check before participating in any program activity. This applies to mentors, volunteers, and any staff member working with students. Submitting this form is the first step — background check instructions will be provided during your orientation.
